"Bone in the Throat"

I love the way kids describe things.  Artimus said to me that she is not feeling well because there is a bone in her throat and she can't get it out.  She has been coughing.  So she has phlem.  Unfortunately, it's hard to teach a three year old to cough out phlem.  It's just impossible.  But the way she described her sympthom is so cute!
